Joy Remodeling, LLC, is a boutique, fully licensed and insured custom design and remodeling company. Specializing in additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, custom built-ins and trim work and so much more- there is no limit to our expertise. I am an experienced, detail oriented, contractor and promise quality work, dedication to customer service, and honest estimates. At Joy Remodeling, our mission is to make your vision come true and create a space for you and your loved ones to make everlasting memories. That’s what we do best, we make your house a home.

MEET JEFFREY JOY, OWNER

Home remodeling is my passion. With over 20 years of commercial and residential construction and project management experience, Joy Remodeling is here to serve you. I am a master of my trade, with home remodeling experience from all over the world. Nothing makes me happier than sharing my design ideas and creating custom spaces for homeowners in Baltimore and the surrounding counties. I am involved in every step of the project, from the moment a client calls, until they stand in front of the finished project with a smile on their face.

OUR PROCESS

  • Consultation

    Upon contacting us we schedule an onsite consultation where we listen to your objectives and goals for the remodel. It’s here we will discuss the possibilities within the project(s) while attaining a better understanding of the your timeline, budget and any addition parameters and specific needs in order to provide an accurate proposal.

  • Scope of Work & Detailed Estimate

    After the initial consultation we deliver and review a scope of work to you, along with a detailed, honest estimate. Each phase of the project will be broken down to provide a transparent understanding of our services and our timeline.

  • Design & Selections

    We offer professional design services that can not only create a space with tailored choices but make your build-out a seamless experience. Once under contract, the design and finish selections of the project begins. After sitting with you to learn the desired look and feel for the project, we carefully present design options that meet your needs and improve the day-to-day lives of our clients.

  • Construction

    From the moment the dumpster pulls onto the site, we treat your home like ours. From floor coverings and isolating the construction zone, we clean and organize daily. Regular updates will keep you informed of progress and ensure you are satisfied every step of the way.
